Two Years Ago Today.....

I brought my little angel home to the U.S. It was the happiest day of my life. We arrived aroun 10pm and were greeted by friends at the airport. It was such a special day....one that I will never forget.

Zachary's personality has really blossomed. He is such a happy child and full of joy. I thank God for him every day! It truly is hard to believe that it's been two years. I feel like he's always been here. ;-))

Easter Egg Fun & the Weekend

We've had a really good weekend. We weren't on the go as much as usual, which was nice. Yesterday morning Zachary had is first soccer practice. I wish I could have taken some pictures but I was too busy chasing him. He had a blast and actually I did too. He did very well listening to Coach Corey's instructions and did a great job kicking the ball. I was very proud of him!! We don't have practice next weekend because it's Easter but we'll resume the weekend after that.

We had SO much fun dying Easter eggs today. Zachary was very excited about helping and was proud of his final product. He kept saying "I did it"!! He is SO independent! There's no denying him....he's JUST like me! We were in Target today so I started getting some stuff together for his Easter basket. I have a feeling he's going to be bouncing off the walls next weekend. ;-)

Lastly, I just wanted to post in memory of my granddaddy. Yesterday was 11 years since he passed. It's SO hard for me to believe that it's been that long. I think of him (and my grandmother) every day!! I miss them both SO very much! They are in heaven now but they are still very much alive in my heart!!!!!!!
