In 2007,Guatoberfest was held for the first time in Atlanta, Georgia. I had never heard of this before, but my friend Pam sent the link to us:

I think Zachary and I may go down for this. It is going to be held on October 10-13 at the Marriott Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It's a REALLY nice hotel. Normally it costs $199 per night but they have rooms blocked off for $99 per night. What a steal!! It sounds like a lot of fun and would be cool to connect with other families who have adopted from Guatemala. Check it out and see if you are interested.
